Looking back / In retrospect / In hindsight 이렇게 세가지 정도 알고 있으면 좋을 것 같아요.

Looking back 이 가장 많이 쓰이구요.

Looking back, I was not ready for the job. But now, I am.

In retrospect, I wasn't able to fully understand what my teacher said. But now I do understand what he meant.
